To provide the local authority with the means to implement its digital development strategy, based on a market comprising 4 lots. Each of these lots will be responsible for part of the cross-disciplinary work required in the Tisséo transport network roadmap. 

  •     package 1: UX/UI 
  •     package 2: Development of customer channels (applications, websites)
  •     package 3: provision of back-office services (single account, APIs)
  •     package 4: Acceptance
