Dematerialization of the CityPass
Goal
Offer visitors to the city of Marseilles a single card enabling them to travel on the public transport network, access museums and benefit from discounts at partner retailers.
Description
The Marseille Convention and Visitors Bureau wanted to be able to welcome visitors to the Marseille European Capital of Culture event in the best possible conditions, while at the same time simplifying the booking processes for its tourist and cultural partners.
Monetech provided end-to-end support for this digital transformation, from conception to deployment in the field.
